Forever ... Forever-Ever and Ever-Ever???

My mind as been fragmented all day ... but a large thought has been ... well of course, this journey ... the time it will take to complete ... and how I will function later on down this road of life??? ... (post-goal) ... Will I be destined to struggle with my weight forever??? I know, I know ... consistent behaviors develop into habits ... but we've all also heard substance abusers indicate that once an addict, always an addict (with success merely posing as a phase of remission) ... I wonder if the same goes for food addicts??? ... 10 years from now, will I still be counting calories to maintain??? ... I guess I'll just have to keep going to find out ... although the notion of this hypothesis is moderately daunting ... I'm still convinced the overall benefits of this lifestyle change, will out weigh any of my present worries ... for sure ;) ...
