It's MARCH Already???

It just hit me, we are well into this new year ... 19 days away from Spring (I can't wait for this finicky weather to break!) ... and I'm 2 months away from my 24th B-Day too!!! ... And this year I plan on partying like it's, well ... 2009 ... lol ... My goal is to be securely in a size 10-12 and/or about 150lbs ... I know it's doable ... I just have to maintain my focus ... I will not settle for a mediocre life ... and it's up to me to prove such in my daily actions ...

This week, I plan on:
  1. Getting in More Veggies (at least 4svgs daily)
  2. Omitting POP/Soda Completely (even diet)
  3. 1 Hour of Physical Activity per Day (minimum)
  4. Consuming 120 oz of Water Daily

Total Calories: 1,420
Water: 110oz
Exercise: Toccara's Fab Workout (30 mins), Jog/Walk outdoors (30mins)
