I've come to the realization that over the past few months, I have not been eating enough!!! I'm averaging 1200-1400cpd. It on my part, was not intentional, sometimes I just don't have an appetite. But I'm sure the culprit for my sluggish weight loss (so far this year) is due to me not having an adequate input of energy to even burn off.
Many of us are aware of the "starvation mode" our bodies go into when we ... well, starve ourselves (no matter the exercise intensity ... only burning off primarily what your body can afford to lose in times of survival) ... and I definitely don't want to permeate (even if unconsciously) into that. I know that each person's body is different and that 1200cpd would be sufficient for some ... but I'm not there yet physically ... So I'm going on a quest to find some new light, diet-friendly items that I can add to my daily diet regimen ... It's probably a good time to exlpore more veggies I suppose ... lol
My greatest fear is that I will begin to gain weight ... but as long as I step up my physical efforts simultaneously... I should be okay. I'll let you know how it goes ;) ... And hey, what's a few pounds of temporary gain-age, if I'm following a more healthy pattern (that's what this is all about, right?)
So here's to eating MORE!!! ... :/ <--- whoa, never thought I'd be scared to do that ... lol
