Spring Forward ...

I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend :) ... Just stopping by with a quick sum for the jour and looking forward to the week ahead ...

I didn't workout today, I felt awful after taking my Avonex shot (chills, aches & pains).... gotta love MS ... or not ... lol ... and I surely didn't eat enough ... as I had no appetite ...

I weighed-in today too ... I'm 165lbs exactly ... 45 more to go!!! ... I'll get there ;) ...

This Week's Goals
  1. Focus on getting in more veggies (again!).
  2. Ridding my fear of bulkiness, by infiltrating some weight training into my routine.
  3. Pack my lunch to save money, and avoid temptation.
