I didn't workout today, I felt awful after taking my Avonex shot (chills, aches & pains).... gotta love MS ... or not ... lol ... and I surely didn't eat enough ... as I had no appetite ...
I weighed-in today too ... I'm 165lbs exactly ... 45 more to go!!! ... I'll get there ;) ...
This Week's Goals
- Focus on getting in more veggies (again!).
- Ridding my fear of bulkiness, by infiltrating some weight training into my routine.
- Pack my lunch to save money, and avoid temptation.
