Summer seems to be flying by ... and my city is
finally starting to actually
feel like summer, I think our high ... was 85 degrees today ...
lol ... We're always last when it comes to stuff (music, fashion, etc.) I guess the weather, is no exception. Just a quick check-in today ... hope everyone is doing well ...
ummm ... As my activity has increased, my appetite has increased, simultaneously. But my trainer has advised me not to worry - as it's just my body's way of saying more "fuel" is needed. I'll be sure to manage my intake though ... and mind that I'm selecting superior (in nutrition) food choices, when I need to re-up.

listen to ur trainer. when ur working 2+ hours a day u cant rely on that 1200 calorie stuff ur used to or those few "points". enjoy ur self and eat october will be here before we know it. i cant wait. Myron B.

Hey! Love your blog! I definitely feel you on needing more "fuel". I'm always looking for healthy foods to eat that are low cal so I can stay around the 1500cals/day mark. Good luck with your marathon training!
