Tomorrow I'm scheduled to run on the indoor track, I usually steer clear of that area b/c it's always just full of the guys warming up before they hit the weights ... you know Debo 'n em ... but will be an eager and ever so trusting student, as my trainer keeps me focused on this 1/2 ...
