(via The Black Fitness Blog) Bats, profanity, name-calling ... all key to a 100% weight loss success rate? Personal trainer "King James" thinks so ... implementing a brash approach in his female, boot camp-styled trainings.

I know we must do better ... but is this taking the 'tear down, to build up the community' philosophy, too far? I did get a chuckle out of him having nicknames ... I see you "Jello"! To my understanding, this is just a pitched reality show ... I don't foresee any networks jumping on this one, sorry. ~PC

the quality of the video as-is is giving me BET vibes from jump. i think you might be wrong PC, this is defintiely a black star power prospect lmao!!!!!!!
WOW.
That's all I got. :T
He's the hot mess! At first I was thinking for $5 a week I can take a curse word or two but then I noticed this dude was just using bricks. He needs to come down on that price and I'd consider. I'd watch this though he seems real passionate in a crazy way. Ha.
iillian ain't got nothing on this guy. I hope it gets picked up. It's time for a new format. Those cry every 2 minute shows don't do it for me!
*jillian
This is almost abusive, I could not support something of this nature. Black or not.
Out of control! lmao
THERE IS NOT F*ING WAY! THEY'RE BETTER THAN ME! He'd catch an elbow, knee and a foot hitting me with some plastic bat! I guess it works for them though.
This is filarious!
This is a local St. Louis trainer. From what I hear women are beating down the door to train with this guy. I guess they feel like everything else has failed why not try this.
um I had to stop the video when I saw the bat. Hit me with that bat and see what happens..pshhhh
OMG!! Is he serious??!! LOL!!!
I'm sorry...what? No, this is highly ridiculous, inappropriate and demeaning. Doesn't matter if he's changing lives and helping them along the way. His language (and that damn BAT!) won't cut it. Besides, I can pick up my own brick from the rubble yard and workout at home. Might as well use that $5 a week for gas!
That is crazy. I wouldn't do well in his class because I'd fire back at him the minute he looked like he wanted to hit me with that bat. That's just going to far, but someone will try to put it on TV because of the premise of it.
