Oh buddy, it felt like Ohio today, 7 degrees/defreeze! But we (RaShad in tow) were determined to hit our 4 miles. Mission: the "Winter Hike". Now the "Winter Hike" is nothing more than the woods trail I normally take, encompassed with snow and ice. But it was a challenge and pretty fun. When we got to the mid-marker, the wind started blowing profusely, followed by my involuntary tears (because gangstas like me don't cry on purpose). And, I promise - I felt one crystallize ... lol. hi madame, i was one of your contest winners, i hope you remeber me =]. Well I really want to start a diet, i have two great reciepe books, one that i won from you, and the extreme fat weight loss from dr. ian. The thing is , I really have no idea were to start. Im honestly scared I will never loose the weight and that the rest of my highschool years I will continue to be taunted for my weight. Some days I feel really confident in my skin and some days I dont. I was wondering can you just give me some tips on were to start off, thank you. much appreciated.
