How Ciara Stays FIT!

While her albums (and lacefronts) aren't always a hit, those legs are! That's right, I'm talking about Atlanta's own, Ci-araaa (in my Jazze Pha voice). Known for her highly engaged choreography and ripped abs - many wonder just how she keeps it tight ... and right. She recently chatted it up with US Weekly to divulge the deets:

The Go Girl singer works out for an hour, five times a week with personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson. Whose other notable clients include Jennifer Lopez, Kim Kardashian and a host of West coast professional athletes. While she does maintain a small frame, she shares that her goal is not to be small or to lose weight:
"I can lose weight easily and I don't like to do that. I'm not trying to lose and get small. I just want to keep shape and I just want to focus on abs and glutes."
Of course she works out, Paula. Uh-duh. But what's she eating? With a life on the go, one can't adhere to a healthy eating regimen, right? Welp, the lie detector determined that that, was a lie.

The 25 year-old entertainer tries to "eat clean." Fueling up with lean proteins, fruits and veggies. But, she does partake in some things opposite of the clean eating spectrum, moderately:

"I try to eat clean, the majority of the time. You have to throw in a cheeseburger and French fries or a brownie and ice cream sometimes. I would never advise somebody to be so strict to where you don't enjoy yourself."
When asked about her global sexy stature she revealed:

“I feel the sexiest when I’m by myself, walking around nude. I have this new obsession with nudity, it’s really weird. It may sound weird, but I just really love embracing the body.”
